Walllingford Center

Walllingford Center

Wallingford Center is one of Seattle's original mixed-use buildings.  It began as the Interlake Elementary School in 1904 and was vacated in the 1970s for many years.  In 1986, a local developer repurposed it into commercial and residential units.  Today it is home to 17 locally owned and regionally-based businesses, providing goods and services from toys to haircare, cupcakes to eyewear.
