Seattle Center Academy

Seattle Center Academy is an inexpensive, educational, two-week summer program in the arts for King County middle school students in grades seven and eight. Activities include hands-on experiences in the arts, media, and technology. Students take two classes a day with subjects such as theater, dance, slam poetry, painting, rock guitar, video gaming, pottery, and short film production. Classes are held at the Seattle Center, and taught by professional artists from the region's best arts and cultural institutions. More than just a summer program, the Academy changes lives!

Bus transportation, lunch, and a morning snack are included. Scholarships and programs for students with disabilities are available.
