William Yee, co-owner and chef of Italian and Asian cuisine, has trained along side greats such as Chef Martin Yan and Chef Sabrina Tinsley. His love for food began as a child under the watchful eye of his grandmother and mentor, and he has built an extensive knowledge of food that is very apparent in his cooking. Our chef and co-owner Joshua Cooper, specializes in Mexican and Northwest cuisine, he too has been mentored by family cooks and he has gracefully mastered the cuisine of his upbringing. This duo brings a new twist to Seattles catering scene forming an unmatched fusion of progressive and unique dishes.
