We specialize in small group personal training in groups of 2-4 people at a time. We offer the most affordable high quality personal training on the East Side, as well as the most flexible scheduling. We can help men and women of all ages and abilities to improve their health, fitness, and self confidence through dynamic and functional strength and endurance training. We help our clients look better, feel better, and live better. Our rates range from $20 per session to train 4 times per week to $27.50 per session to train twice per week.
