BOKA KITCHEN + BAR is a vibrant, communal blend of lounge and restaurant. Sleek, contemporary design is infused with a menu of urban American food, hand crafted cocktails along with new and old world wines. Meal services include lunch, cocktail hour, dinner, late night, weekend brunch and seasonal patio dining.
Executive Chef Angie Roberts sources ingredients for our menu that are organically grown, sustainably produced, and purchased from local farmers whenever possible. General Manager and Sommelier Marc Papineau has created a wine list that features an eclectic selection of wines from around the world, with a focus on the Northwest. We strive to create, through food, beverage, and service, an unforgettable experience in a beautifully designed, cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
Happy Hour is twice daily Mon.-Fri. 3-6pm and 10pm-12am. Tuesday dinner and Friday lunch we offer half priced bottles of wine. Wine flights are offerd in Studio 1000, across the lobby of Hotel 1000.
