A Talk In The Woods Counseling

A Talk in The Woods therapy sessions are held outdoors as we walk through neighborhood parks. Evidence supports the theory that physical activity has positive effects on mental health. Exercise may help if you have mild to moderate depression and may help improve self-image, social skills and cognitive functioning.

Some reasons you may seek therapy and for which I can help are:

* Depression
* General and social anxiety
* Coping Skills
* Emotional, physical, and sexual abuse
* Life transitions (divorce/breakup, new job)
* Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
* Self Esteem
* Stress
* Disordered Eating

I look forward to working with you.
