Twenty-Four Townhouses Planned for Site in Bellevue

If you’ve been having trouble finding housing in the South Bellevue area will you be glad to hear that the Windward Real Estate Services have teamed up with the Resmark Construction to build twenty-four luxury townhouses in the area. Though the area is currently in high demand there are only a few new home developments, said Resmark executive Michael Zarola in article published on djc.com. The development site is located at Southeast 40th Lane and 129th Place Southeast just east of the Factoria Mall and will simply go by the name Factoria. Medici Architects are the designers of the project with Wachtler Marshall building the townhomes and Pace Engineering taking care of the engineering and landscaping. Factoria will consist of six duplex lots and four triplex lots each with twelve townhomes ranging from the1,800 to 2,900 square feet. Each unit will offer three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Some will have an added single bathroom or tow half bathrooms. Every unit will also have a two-car garage. President of WRES Jim Toste said in a recent statement that Factoria should attract a variety of residents from married couples to affluent families, as well as young professionals. This will be the second joint venture between Resmark and WRES with their first partnership in the development of single-family attached home community in Kirkland. Construction will begin late this year with projected first closing expected in spring of 2016. With the current state of the Bellevue market you are going to want to jump on these townhomes as soon as they hit the market. Michael Bain is an analyst for New Home Source.
